High-quality raw materials come from local sources in Ireland and from Irish slaughterhouses producing meat for human consumption. Seaweed comes from sustainable sources in the Irish waters of the Atlantic Ocean, where they are harvested by hand. Fresh meat is finely ground, mixed with algae and then filled into casings. The sausages thus formed are then gently dried by air at low temperature using traditional methods.
The sausages are made so that they can be easily divided into small pieces or put one big as an extra reward. Sausages are a perfect treat when rewarding or training a dog.
Meatsnax does not contain any cereals, starch fillers, preservatives or dyes. The product is naturally high in iodine and is not recommended for use in animals treated with hyperthyroidism (thyroid disease).
